Chelsea Manager Will Not Listen To Senior Players

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas insists he will not give in to the pressure of his senior players having an issue with the first team selection, and that he is the man to make the decisions and not the players.
The Portuguese boss, in his press conference after the UEFA Champions League defeat to Napoli, said, “The players that they are and the players with the experience they have, they felt they could have helped the team. That’s perfectly understandable.
“Of course, they were disappointed but they were decisions they have to accept and move on.”
“Ashley was a difficult decision taken yesterday, I am sure from tomorrow’s training onwards he will continue to fight for his position as he normally does. It’s his position to take and nothing else.
“[Lampard and Essien] was technical decisions. In the end it would be fantastic if we win the game, any explanation is useless given the result of the game.”
This story is sure to develop as the season progresses to the final leg of matches.

it is for AVB to sell d old player n buy new one, this old player are not ready to work with his even to listen to him.

These so called old players are useless, there are older players in italy who dont curse problems for their coaches, if they are too BIG to be controlled then let them leave, they wouldnt play football for life. We they have been any good if not for coaches to train and instruct them? Pls let them GO. UP AVB.
Avb doesn’t know d right formation to use….4.3.3 is a gone formation.Lets make use of 4.4.2.it is a formation dat wil let d ball go round thru d middle instead of using wings and playing long trust football from d sides….dats why Torres cant score…becos 4.3.3 cant allow free_flow passing of d ball through d midfielders to d attackers..And also it can never make d midfield tight in terms of Defence.

Truly the problem is the old legs no doubt but why AVB fail to injet the young player and 4get so called big players once and 4 all to save his job.
