Brazilian star Lucas Moura was on the top of Chealsea and Arsenal and Liverpool’s transfer list, but it is now almost confirmed that Inter Milan is taking the gold to their zone.

The 19-year-old Sao Paulo midfielder was linked with Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool as they are all interested in him, but none of them is believed to have sent an official bid for this young talent. On the other hand, Inter head coach Andrea Stramaccioni has admitted recently that Lucas is one of their top targets.

With all these the Italian also said, “He is a world class player. For me he is one of the most interesting talents on the transfer market today and would be great for us.”

It is almost clear that they are trying to grab this Sao-Paulo midfielder as soon as possible, but despite this, Arsenal and Chelsea are likely to fight for his services. However, the striker doesn’t seem to have any special preference about his future, as he says: “I try not to focus too much on a transfer, although I hear what is being said – I know there are interested clubs, but I do my best for that not to affect me.”

Borussia Dortmund’s striker Robert Lewandowski has opened the doors to a potential summer move, saying that there’s nothing more for him to do in Dortmund after winning the event this season with the Bundesliga side and the title last season.

The statement comes amid massive rumours which are linking the striker to Manchester United and Arsenal. The two English sides are in big need of some change-ups and it seems that the Polish forward might be exactly the man they need for the job.

“Of course I’ve heard about Bayern’s interest,” Lewandowski said. “I do not know what will happen in two months.

Arsenal’s second, or probably third choice on-loan striker Nicklas Bendtner is set to return to his parent club after his loan deal at Sunderland expired on Sunday. The Danish looks likely to quit the Gunners permanently, and has learnt of interest from quite a few other clubs as well.

After playing second fiddle to the likes of Robin van Persie and Marouane Chamakh, Bendtner was starved of playing time last season. He was hence sent out on loan to Sunderland to enable him to earn some much needed match time.

He has done well for the Black Cats this season in front of goal, but will now return to London after playing his last match for Sunderland on Sunday.

Bendtner revealed while speaking to Danish football magazine Tipsbladet that he could very much leave the Emirates Stadium permanently in the coming few weeks. He said, ”I am ready for new challenges.

“I have heard about concrete interest from other clubs, who sound interesting. But I can’t say more than that right now.

“After all, I am still under contract with Arsenal, so I have to get back to Arsenal and talk to them first.

“On the specific matter of staying with Arsenal, I have to say I need something new to happen for me.

“There is no panic thinking about my future. Now, it’s all about Euro 2012 for Denmark and afterwards I can look at my club future.”

Motpellier’s full-back Henri Bedimo admits that he was surprised with the decision of his team-mate Raphael Varane to join Real Madrid instead of Manchester United. Ferguson’s side were reportedly the first in line for buying the talented defender, and when the job seemed to be done, Real Madrid surprisingly appeared as the final destination of France’s U21 international.

Many were surprised with Varane’s decision to join Real Madrid, and his team-mate, Henri Bedimo in an interview given few days ago said: “I rather thought he would go to Manchester United.  But anyway, I knew he would join a very big club .He has already shown he was right (to move). He plays at Madrid, and at his age that means a lot.I believe he can become an international player. He brings some freshness.”

The talented defender made twelve appearances for Los Biancos this term in all competitions, scoring one goal in La Liga. varane is only 18 years old, but despite his young age has managed to notch some top performances for Los Biancos during this season, and it is certain that French U21 international is destined to become very important player for Madrid’s side in the future.

Arsenal though, have a very busy summer ahead of them, and it all starts with the crunch talk between Arsenal and club skipper Robin van Persie and his contract extension, which are set to be discussed on Wednesday.

Having wrapped up the third spot in the league and ensuring their passage directly to the group stages of next season’s UEFA Champions League, Arsenal can be proud of their achievement this season on the whole, especially after getting off to a torrid start of the season which saw them languish in 17th spot at one point of time. The Gunners have come back and clinched third spot, seeing off the challenge of London rivals Tottenham Hotspurs.

Arsenal’s resurgence has largely been down to the form of their Dutchman Robin van Persie, who has had a stellar season in front of goal which have helped him earn several personal accolades. With just one year left on his contract at Arsenal, several clubs, most notably newly crowned champions Manchester City are frontrunners to lure the 29-year old.

Van Persie has spoken of his love for Arsenal, and was seen celebrating with the fans for a long time after the West Brom match, which gave signs that he could very well stay put, while others suggested that this was his final goodbye.

Liverpool’s Italian attacking midfielder Alberto Aquilani, currently on loan at AC Milan, has revealed his desire to stay put in Italy rather than return to Anfield, and believes that there is still hope of making his stay at the San Siro permanent.

The playmaker has had a forgetful time since joining Liverpool from Italian side Roma back in 2009. Constantly plagued by injuries, his performances have been hampered severely and Aquilani has failed to sustain his place in the starting 11 for Liverpool.

As a result, he was loaned out to Italian outfit Juventus last season, and was again loaned to another Serie A side this season to AC Milan. A clause in Aquilani’s contract allowed Milan to buy him permanently for a bargain, provided he completes a certain number of games for Milan. The Italian giants did not wish to exercise the option, which means that Aquilani is set to return to Merseyside shortly.

The midfielder has revealed that he still wishes to stay in his home country rather than return to Liverpool. ”We’ll have to wait and see what happens when it comes to my future,” he said.

“The door is semi-open for me to stay here.”

Manchester United are reportedly plotting to upset Arsenal as they look to snatch their target, Borussia Dortmund’s striking sensation Robert Lewandowski, after United’s Sir Alex Ferguson was in the stands watching the striker in action against Bayern Munich.

The Polish striker has been firing on all cylinders this term for Dortmund, who capped an unprecedented double after they thumped Bayern 5-2 in the Cup final shortly after lifting the league title. Lewandowski has been instrumental in his side’s march to glory, as has scored over 30 goals in all competitions for Dortmund.

Arsenal have been linked with the 23-year old, who has impressed manager Arsene Wenger and is on top of the Gunners’ wishlist for the summer transfer window. However, United are also keen on his services, as the striker’s agent Maik Barthel has confirmed the Red Devils’ interest along with his client’s refusal to extend his stay in Germany. Speaking to German daily Bild, Barthel revealed, ”I can confirm that the (new contract) offer of Borussia Dortmund is insufficient,”

“I am also able to confirm an interest of Manchester United in the services of Robert Lewandowski.”

Surprise French league leaders Montepellier’s captain Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa has admitted that the lure to play in the English league will be too good to resist, and that he dreams of gracing the shores of England someday.

Leading his team all the way to the summit of the French league and within touching distance to the title, Montepellier’s star Yanga-Mbiwa has been instrumental this term for his side, leading from the very front in every respect.

With the defender attracting interest from several top European clubs, it is believed that the 22-year old could very well be on his way out of Montepellier and secure his dream switch in the summer.

Yanga-Mbiwa has admitted that he wishes to join an English team, confessing, ”My desire is to play in England ahead of any other European league.

“For me it would be a dream come true to see myself in the Premier League. Arsenal or Manchester United? They are two great clubs.

“I feel very honoured they are interested in me and at the end of the season I will evaluate my future.”

Arsenal are hot on his trail and are believed to be interested in the possibility of a possible switch as Arsene Wenger is looking to improve his side during this summer’s transfer window.

French champions Lille’s superstar Eden Hazard has revealed that he will certainly quit the French outfit and make his big European move in the summer.

Hazard is already being considered a superstar, and is one of the brightest future talents in football. The Belgian has been linked with a host of top sides, with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan being linked with the young midfield maestro.

Arsenal’s manager Arsene Wenger has previously praised the 21-year old, and Hazard was linked with a possible summer switch to London. Along with the Gunners, the two Manchester clubs have also been thought to go head-to-head to sign the Belgian playmaker.

All these sides have been given a huge boost as Hazard confirmed that he will be leaving the French club and move abroad. Dortmund and United have had contrasting end to the seasons, with Dortmund successfully holding off the challenge of Bayern Munich to not only retain their league title, but also to thump Bayern 5-2 in the Cup final. United on the other hand, just fell short at the very last hurdle and surrendered their title to neighbors Manchester City.

The Red Devils have been interested in Kagawa for quite some time now, and there have been constant rumors which suggested that the deal is near completion.

The Japanese playmaker, who played a pivotal role this season for Dortmund has just one year left on his contract and has refused to extend his current deal, which have increased the rumors surrounding the midfielder.

Dortmund too are keen to not let this story drag on further, and wish to resolve things at the earliest, and hence will be sitting down with Kagawa and discuss his future once and foremost.
